- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Pretty good service until you leave them. What I noticed with Allstate (Gomez Insurance) is they gave me a good teaser rate for the 1st year. Subsequently every year my policy went up (2nd & 3rd years weren't that bad) so I decided to stay with them. 4th year was a sizable increase (still stayed with them) 5th year escalation was so enormous that I decided to shop around. Within an hour search I found another company that was $330.00 less a year (same coverage) How come is it that my automobile get's older, yet my rate keeps climbing? Here's the kicker. Once I decided to pull the trigger & leave Gomez Insurance, I received a bill for $25.00 in the mail. For what? I already paid my former policy in full. I decided no way I'm I paying this even though it's such a minuscule amount. Before closure of my review, it get's even better! Last night I received a call from a collection agency for (you guessed it) $25.00! I simply said to the gentleman "Good Luck with That" For a man in his early 50's & with a credit score a notch below 900 you'll never, ever see that money or my business again.December 24, 2016by Alex Moore
